At Progressive Concepts it is our philosophy that our radio broadcast equipment products are of such high quality that, when you try them, you'll want to keep them.
Some products we sell may include our exclusive 30-Day No-Fault Guarantee. The following guarantee applies only to those item(s) that state they include the guarantee in the description of the item. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with said product(s) during the first 30 days of ownership, you may return the item for a full refund* (less shipping charges).
In order to return the purchased product(s), you MUST contact Progressive Concepts for a return authorization form and number. Any product(s) returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and sent back to you. All return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.
Please note that ALL refunds, no matter what method of payment was used to purchase product(s), will be refunded by CHECK ONLY. Refunds will be issued only after a complete inspection of the product(s) being returned. If there are any damages caused by poor packaging, misuse and/or pieces/parts missing, there shall be a re-stocking fee of up to 25%. If a product is returned that has been damaged beyond repair the 30-Day No-Fault Guarantee will be voided.
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 29 days of purchase for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Any items that do not include our 30-Day No-Fault Guarantee may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. All shipping charges are at the customer's expense.
The following items, but not limited to, are not eligible to be returned:
1. Plans, transistors and semiconductors.
2. PC boards and kits that have been opened and/or soldered-on in any way.
3. All computer software products.
4. Any custom-made items.
Progressive Concepts is a factory authorized repair center for most of the products we sell. However, certain items covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, other than BW Broadcast, may have to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. Please contact Progressive Concepts to obtain an RMA number before sending any items in for repair. Items received by Progressive Concepts, with an issued RMA number will then have the cost of repair estimated and a quote will be sent via email in a timely manner. All shipping charges are at the customer's expense.
Any items left over 30 days, without written or verbal communications, may be subject to becoming the property of Progressive Concepts and may be sold to pay for the cost of the repair. Please always stay in contact with us regarding the disposition of your repair.
While you may have the right to experiment with the products in this website, misuse of some items may be illegal and/or hazardous. We do not advocate the use of any products for illegal purposes. We accept all major credit cards. If you've never done business with Progressive Concepts in the past and you are using a credit card for payment, we will have to ship the order directly to the billing address as it appears on your credit card statements.

Be aware that if you pay using a check, your order may be delayed by 3 to 5 business days as we must wait for your check to clear prior to shipping the order. If you want to expedite the order, it is better to pay with a Cashier's Check or a Money Order. Using these methods of payment will allow your order to be shipped as soon as we receive the order.

Each item's shipping weight includes packaging, handling and in some cases an allowance to cover insurance on the item. Some larger items may be shipped by "dimensional weight" which covers the size of the box and does not reflect the actual weight. Actual item weight may vary.
Due to various government regulations some items on this website are available for export only. If the word "export" appears in the product description, then that product is not available to residents of the US or its territories. Call for more information.
Most items do not require special export licensing to most of the free world, however, the sole responsibility for compliance with any regulations, import duties and/or taxes in any way relating to the entry of such goods into the importing country shall be that of the buyer.
Many new LPFM stations that have received their CP (Construction permit) from the FCC are in the process of raising funds to pay for their equipment. Progressive's new Layaway Program allows those and any customers to make monthly payments on the equipment they need so that they don't have to make the entire purchase in one full payment.
In short, our Layaway Program requires 20% of the Grand Total on your invoice as the down payment. We require one monthly payment, or more, of the amount you indicate on the Layaway Agreement, which you fill out, sign and send back before we start your layaway.
