30 Day Guarantee

At Progressive Concepts it is our philosophy that our radio broadcast equipment products are of such high quality that, when you try them, you'll want to keep them. Some products on this website may include our exclusive 30-Day No-Fault Guarantee.

The following guarantee applies only to those items that state they include the guarantee in the description of the item.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with said items during the first 30 days of ownership, you may return the item for a full refund* (less shipping charges). In order to return the item, you MUST call Progressive for a return authorization number. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and sent back to you. All return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.

Please note: ALL refunds, no matter what method of payment was used to purchase products, will be refunded by CHECK ONLY.

*Refunds will be issued only after a complete inspection of the product being returned. If there are any damages caused by misuse or pieces/parts missing, there will be a re-stocking fee of up to 25%. If a product is returned that has been damaged beyond repair the 30-Day No-Fault Guarantee will be voided.
